After the failure of Magnesium Oxy Chloride cement board in Denmark due to relative humidity of more than 95%, few people in the manufacture of Magnesium Chloride cement boards spent a lot of research work and overcame the deficiencies of the weak boards by amending the modifications and developed the MgO cement boards.

BOSE Building Materials and Prefab Houses, through their inhouse research team, developed an even better MgO board thereby proudly joining the limited high profile companies in providing enduring quality building material.

The raw material required for the chloride free MgO boards are high purity light burned MgO, designed with BAU of MgSO₄ solution, perlite/vermiculate fly ash, additives, admixtures modifiers, etc. by selecting proper molar ratio achieved in excellent mechanical characteristic product called Sulphate based MgO boards.
