The fiber cement board prepared through extrusion method is pressed with a high temperature press to reach high density 1.6 -1.84 kg/m³ with required thickness and then pigmented UV resin coating by roller method.

The Colours can be different with multiple designs. The FC panels can be pigmented in slurry through wide range and can be used without UV coating but with water sealers, coloured pet film or adhesive lamination for indoor and UV coated resin for outdoor purpose to achieve aesthetic look.
